This expertise has contributed to our expansion! Through the sale of a lot of about 44,000 sq. ft., the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield is welcoming our company to the Parc industriel et portuaire Perron. Its investment of more than $750,000 will let us relocate our operations to Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Valleyfield is naturally pleased with this investment in its territory. The Parc industriel et portuaire Perron has seen major growth over the past several years. Strategically located, the businesses there have access to Montreal’s South Shore, Ontario, and the United States, all within 30 minutes. This industrial zone is defined by the Port of Valleyfield, direct access to Highway 30 via Route 530, and CN and CSX rail lines. These features make this site a remarkable and attractive development location for entrepreneurs and investors from here and elsewhere.
Construction of the new workshop in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield is moving along well. We can’t wait to move into these new premises, stay tuned!
